Cancellation & Refund Policy:

AAROGYA SOCIAL WELFARE INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION is dedicated to providing optimal support to its clients and maintains a flexible cancellation policy. The key points of the policy are outlined below:

• Cancellations are permissible if requested promptly after order placement. However, if the vendor/merchant has initiated shipping, cancellation may not be viable.
• Items prone to spoilage, such as flowers and food, are non-refundable. Nonetheless, in cases of substandard quality upon delivery, a refund or replacement can be arranged.
• Customers should contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt for damaged or faulty items. Requests will be processed following an evaluation by the merchant.
• In instances where the received product deviates from expectations, inform our customer service within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
